Max Jorgens thought this time would be different.
In The Door 2: PRI, Max steps through the door again, expecting to return to the life he lost. Instead, he finds himself in a warped version of his reality–one where the internet is a relic, cell phones are nearly nonexistent and someone with wide reach is pulling the strings.
Cut off from his friends, pursued by the P.R.I., and unsure who to trust, Max finds an unexpected ally from his past. Together, they decipher cryptic clues left behind by someone who seems to know his journey. But as the oppressive P.R.I. tightens its grip, Max must stay one step ahead, searching for his next escape hatch.
